Site Check-In / Check-OutNew

I would like to keep records detailing when my team were on site at various locations. Also, in case of a site emergency, I would like to be able to know which of my team members are on site at any particular time.This could be achieved with a fairly simple site check-in/check-out feature.QR Code on a poster on site to check in when I enter a site. Check out when I leave the site. Geofenced location so that users can be prompted to check in/out when they enter or leave a site. The Site page displays a list of people currently on site, and is updated each time someone enters or departs the site. Records of staff entering or leaving the site are stored for future reference if required.Additional options:Checking into site triggers the pre-start checklist (hazard identification, etc). The last person to check out from a site triggers the close-out checklist (doors locked, power on, etc) Could be open to non-licence holders or free licence holders so that subcontractors and consultants can

Colours in Global Response SetsNew

I'm sure this has been brought up before, but I couldn't find a previous post for it in the community.It would be great if Global Response Sets also had the option to assign a colour to each option, similar to how multiple choice answers have that option when you're in an inspection.There would be multiple cases where this would be useful, I've listed a couple below:Traffic light answers: Nonconformance - Red Opportunity for Improvement - Amber Conforms - Green Good/Bad answers: Correct - Green Incorrect - Red Right now I'm working on a QA inspection that asks if the correct profile and colour of roofing was installed. Metal roofs come in a range of 22 colours, and I am colour coding the options based on this range:

Check-Out / Check-In AssetsNew

It would be great to be able to know who is currently the custodian of a specific asset, and to be able to use that data across the platform. Here are a couple of exmples of how this information could make the Assets feature more helpful: Vehicles: When I take a company vehicle, I check it out through SafetyCulture. When I return it, I check it in. While it’s in my possession, I’m the custodian of the vehicle. The system records who was driving the vehicle at any given time so that fines can be directed to the right person. And incident or damage reports can be attributed to the driver. The asset type can have an inspection frequency that’s scheduled through the scheduling system, but it’s assigned to the person who is the custodian of the asset at the time that the schedule is due. Our vehicles need to be inspected quarterly, but we can’t assign it to a person in advance, because we don’t know who will be driving it at that time.   Tools If I urgently require a tool I could quickly lo
