Assets fields configurationNew

Hello! Apologies if these have been brought up before, but I’m getting to know the Assets tool and have some ideas that would make it much more user-friendly for my organization:Visibly show which asset types use each field so admins can more easily tell if they should modify an existing field or create a new one Have a dropdown/multiselect/radio button option for asset fields to simplify input and avoid typos The ability to manually arrange fields so they display in an order that makes sense rather than  always alphabetically A simple hierarchy structure that establishes 1-3 levels of parent/child relationships among assetsI’ll probably have more ideas as I dive in deeper, but wanted to get these out there while they’re fresh in my mind. Thanks!

Page/section filters in AnalyticsNew

I would like to see Page and Section options within charts and filters for reports on Inspections.For example, a template may have three categories of questions divided by pages (or sections within the same page): Physical observation, Employee observation, and Employee knowledge. It would be really helpful to have an easy way to see how various sites performed in each of the three categories independently within the Analytics module.

Automatic logic based on Asset detailsNew

I’m loving the possibilities with Assets!I wonder if it might be on the road map to offer template logic based on asset details. For example, a restaurant asset type could include such details as kitchen, serving line, drink dispenser, bar, etc., each populated with Yes/No based on what’s at that location. Then a template built for that asset type would include a set of questions for each detail. Only questions related to the details the selected asset has would display.So selecting Restaurant A, which has a kitchen, serving line, and drink dispenser would populate those questions, but selecting Restaurant B, which has a bar and serving line would populate those.

Attach policy information to specific questionsNew

Some of our teams have very robust policy information to attach to specific questions. It is unwieldy to have all of it visible as an instruction following each question and would ideally only be visible if the user manually selects an option to display it.The workaround we’ve been using is to have an additional answer option called View Policy that will display the instructional text when selected, but that requires the user to go back and select their actual response. As expected, this leads to a good amount of user error, so we added a flag to the View Policy option that reminds them to change their answer at the end of the inspection. But this still isn’t the cleanest workflow.My vision of how it could work would be something like this:In the template question configurator, next to Add Logic/Required/Multiple Responses/Flagged Responses, add another option for Add Policy This would open a field similar to the Instruction type question where text/media could be entered (ideally rich
