In this release, you can now:
- Add up to 10 custom questions per issue category, up from the previous limit of five.
- Record the actual date of an issue with the ‘Date occurred’ field.
What you’ll love about this new functionality
More custom questions means reporters have more opportunities to provide all the information needed for issues to be investigated and resolved efficiently.
By capturing the date an issue occurred in addition to the date the report is made, you’ll have more certainty on the timelines of an issue.
With an increased custom question limit and ‘date occurred’ field in Issues, you can:
- Get the information you need at the start: With more questions you can capture more detail at the time an issue is observed and reduce back-and-forth communication after the fact.
- Trust in the timeline of an issue: Whether an issue is reported immediately or retrospectively you can now be confident in the order of events and the accuracy of your records.
