I believe there will be a big advantage for all users who are more visual people, to have a training calendar on the screen where you can drag and drop training modules into each month.

I’m imagining a calendar with your training modules sitting above which you can drag and drop them into it with the ability to have a module in multiple months. 

It would be great to have the ability to set it up then look at the calendar in March and see the attendances listed against each training module for the past months. This would be a great snapshot for leaders to understand how the training is running. 

This should also have the ability for a senior leader to see the aggregated data for their area of responsibility and then click on the modules to do a deep dive into the lower levels.
