It would be very important if has options to customize questions in Actions like as have in issue. Because some action need more steps to plan better.
Hi
Thank you for the community post.
I would love to hear a little more about this, are you able to be a little more specific with how you would want to customise your actions?
If you could customise your actions, would this apply to every action you create within your SafetyCulture organisation or would you want to differentiate different types of tasks?
Hi James,
thanks for your attention.
I would to put a option to execute a Template like as has in issue.
I would also put a questions about resources to make the action, for example: Need to purchase some material? need to contract some third-party? Special documentation of Healthy , Safety and Enviroment? Notify someone?
Thank you for the extra context
Would you like these additional options to be available for every action you create, whether its from an inspection, an issue or an asset or would you like to be more specific?
We are actively investigating how we can provide more customisation for our customers within Actions.
Thank you!
The correct form is to be available for all actions, because there are action more easy to plan and put to be executed, but there action more complicated, that will need a detail planning for that in momento that it will schedule with all resources and the field guy, execute it with more quality possible.
it is important for all and whatever situation.
Hello,
This would be very helpful for us as well. We currently have to keep a separate spreadsheet to show the status of our Actions. For example, Awaiting Materials, Awaiting contract Award, In design, Under Construction, ect.. This would work for all Action Items. Much more beneficial if everything was in one single program.
Hi Chris,
thanks so much, you got to describe very good, how this improvement will help all users from SC.
I assumed this was kind of automated in actions when a structure is built for labels.
To me these are like Google tags.
There are some improvements to the system required that are such as more labels or labels that can be linkedin analytics.
I would also add that low medium and high need reviewing in the action score.
In some cases there maybe critical actions that by virtue of them are auto linked to sending notifications to halt a specific function or task.
The analytics to me when used correctly with labels will give you the method for measuring actions.
This should assist in resolving your current concern.
Hope that helps.
I understand your reply discussion ongoing.
More importantly for the community we would rather like to know what that actually means.
Is it parse on here or by SC technical ref roadmap?
Let us please not forget that every action created could be a gap, improvement or similar hence a non compliance therefore expanding what actions can do in some very hazardous or costly environments could be critical.
Hi
It’s important for us to be accountable and transparent about our communication of where features sit on the roadmap to ensure we are not over promising and under-delivering, as I am sure you can imagine. As such, whilst we are not able to provide concrete ETAs or timelines of releases, our labels are there to give you an understanding of where development of the feature lies. That being said, this feature is currently under discussion and this essentially means that this idea is being considered, however further exploration of the idea is required to confirm if this is a feature we will (and) can release in the future… by that we mean further analysis of customer feedback/insights to understand pain-points and additional use-cases to cater for as many of our users as we can. This also takes into account internal discussions, which are currently being had. As mentioned, please keep an eye out for the idea status article which I hope will provide further clarity
Hey everyone! With the recent release of custom fields in Actions, does this help with your request?
