Hi Team, 

I have been requested to product a report for an external provider for an incident and I have found that there is a lot of noise on the report which makes it not great for the end reader.

• it would be great to select which areas of the need to be included like the linked Actions,
• how much detail needs to be added from the actions - this is for close out purposes 
• adding in the linked inspection as an appendix not just a hyperlink 
• adding and removing files, again allowing them to be an appendix or hyperlink. 
• adding photos as needed not all that may have been uploaded.
