Good morning,

This morning I had a chat with the Safetyculture Support desk and I had a similar question. 

For our client we have to deal with specific action priorities (Cat. A, B and C) whereas the Safetyculture priorities provides only low, medium and high.
Since there is not posibility to change the priority name I added Labels instead so we could adhere to our client requirements. Unfortunately I am not able to filter on Label in the Analytics. 
For now I will create a CSV but it would be really beneficial if the filter for Labels could be activated.

Hey ​@Heeze and ​@Christien Barber! I wanted to make sure you were aware that it is now possible to filter actions by label in analytics!

As for days open data, is this something you could achieve through statuses instead? Please feel free to elaborate further so I can checkin with our Product team

As for the Days open, it’s mostly about being able to easily identify how long (or what’s the average time) it takes for an action to go from being entered into the system to being completed. If there is an easy way to get this info using statuses, that would be great!
