Hello, It would be great to add ‘in progress’ to the issues instead of only being able to sort by Open and Closed. This would help with categorizing where Incident investigations and injury management are up too.

We have the exact same issue. My organisation has a commitment to investigate the issue within 5 days and close out any actions/control measures within 28 days. It would be nice if when the status grows from two to three/multiple that there is a way to flag issues that have not had a status change within an appropriate timeframe, I believe this feature already exists for Actions.

We’re currently working on creating a new feature within the SafetyCulture platform for managing investigations; these investigations can be linked to an issue. Within this feature you will be able to create your own custom statuses and therefore create you own workflows.
