We use templates to inspect. 

That maybe equipment it may be people or the environment.

A Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) if I understand what you are asking is a method of steps and an assessment to ensure the method and procedures are undertaken in a certain way.

I think that instead of you asking to change the Inspection tab to SOP you may find it easier to create a template that is. SOP template.

Then once created you can build SOP from your template.

We have already done all that but since we have multiple departments I need those separated and folders so that the employee base does not have to search
