We’re actually working in this area at the moment and better tools to identify and manage invited users is on the way. This particular list of “pending invites” is actually a legacy part of the app and only lists those who have been added to the platform that already have another SafetyCulture account. The need for that multi-step addition of people will be going away soon, but we want to make it easy to surface who might need a reminder in much the same way you described.
