Currently I don’t think it’s possible to filter Actions by an Action raised to an external email. Also within analytics it’s not possible to add an assignee filter. This is critical when wanting to see what outstanding Actions a contractor has or to understand Actions issued to contractors. 

Currently the only way to get this data is to export to Excel and then analyse the data.
