I conduct condition inspections of historic property, and within my templates questions I can often discover defects which require further specialist advice before remedial work is scoped, quantified and agreed before it gets actioned. It would be amazing if Issues can also be raised within each question as you can with an Action. I think others may find this beneficial too. Cheers
