Could you add the ability to remove the media attached to an instruction from Inspection reports?
Right now there is an option to remove all instructions, but I would like to keep the written instructions in the report. I only want to remove the pictures on the instructions (because people looking at the report think the pictures are taken as a “required media” for that question)

A granular level of control to show or hide specific parts of the inspection report is certainly something that comes up quite often, and this is a very interesting idea!
I was wondering if you could share this specific scenario in more detail where the Instruction and Instruction’s media is required while conducting an inspection. Still, when reviewing the inspection report, hiding the media is better to avoid confusion.
