Sometimes we need to handover the inspection to our supervisor, colleague, contractor and so on.
SafetyCulture inspections belong to one individual (creator) only and it’s hard to handover/assign a certain section to another employee.

I used to use Actions within the template to notify people when they needed to approve or have an inspection handed over to them. They could then click the link at the top of the Action to enter the Inspection and carry on the requirements.
They would also need to have permission to edit the inspection which can be set in the template ‘manage access’.
You could inform people of a new process by sending them a Heads Up communication covering the expectations you have.
