Hi,
We use SC for inspecting rental vehicles. At the end of the inspection (before it is submitted) the customer is asked to review any logged issues and sign. Given the number of inspection points it is not very user friendly for the customer to scroll back through the pages and sections looking through every question and image.
Is it possible to include some kind of summary of the flagged items in an inspection template? Having them located on a single page for the customer to review and sign off before the inspection is submitted would be good. I can see that an Overview and Flagged Items summary is available for submitted Inspections.
Or maybe there is another way to do this?

Just so I understand correctly, you’re wondering if it’s possible to view a summary of flagged items while editing an inspection?
Currently, for each inspection that has at least one flagged item will be shown in a review step when you complete the inspection, giving you an opportunity to jump to each flagged item question, and create actions if required.

But I understand that this might not be suitable, as it only shows on completion.

Yes that is correct.
The functionality that you describe is exactly what we would like. However, in this specific use case it makes sense for our customers to review the flagged items before they add their signature (and before completion).
Also, if they have any concerns after reviewing they are able to get extra images added to the inspection before it is completed.

I think this is a great use case and as usual, I’ve converted this to an idea so it’s on our Product team’s radar and for other community members to view and upvote as well :)
