Hi, I’m not sure if this has been discussed already but i think it would be really useful if you could add notes to the Asset Profile information. I know you can add a document, which is ok but the contents wouldn't be immediately visible.
I would like to add details such as its serial number, size, type etc. and this is useful information.
Does anyone else agree or can you tell me a way to do it?

Thanks for the suggestions. We have considered adding a notes section and already have plans for it, however that work hasn’t made it to the top of the to-do list yet due to other features we are working on at the moment.
One way to capture useful information like serial number etc, is to add that data in a custom field.
Go to your settings section on the asset page, and edit the types to add or remove fields. Then go to the asset and add in the specific information. You can do this in bulk too via csv upload to edit.
