I’d like to make it clear what the expectations for resolutions across my organisation by establishing service level agreements for actions by setting default due dates for each priority.

Within the action I would like to see the due date and priority.

For example:

  • Low priority = 28 days
  • Medium = 14 days
  • High = 7 days
