Please add a feature that allows the administrator to audit each inspection report to verify which users have opened/reviewed the report. This is important to ensure that managers/supervisors are reviewing the completed reports for their assigned assets. Additionally, it would be great to include an option that requires the manager/reviewer to acknowledge their review of the report (checkbox, signature, etc.).

Hi@JEnerson thanks so much for reaching out. Happy to share that we are going to be working on/prioritising an “Approvals within Inspections” feature that we aim to deliver in 2024 and should help solve the use case you outlined here.
Approval of inspection reports is very important to us. Currently, most people leaving them in the “Inspections” page and do not archive them. I would love the ability to be in a report and navigate to the next report of whatever inspections were in your search results/filters. By template, require approval. Once approved, archive it.
But your idea of being able to see who opened/viewed the report is interesting. That gives accountability (although a bit “big brother”).
