In the inspection title format, can we have the ability to add new or generic text to the title name?
At present, we can only add an item which is a question. However, if we want to add the template name for example, I don’t want to have this as a question.
I don’t know if this helps in all your cases, but I always suggest our sites use the “Document Number” field as a question and add that to the title setup. If you change the format of the Document Number to use a shorthand of the template title, you’ll get something similar. The inspection report carries the template name with it, but this allows you to see it in the inspection title too. For example, if it’s a shipping log and trailer inspection, I suggest they use the document number format “Ship fnumber]” or for an eye wash station inspection they might use “eye wash hnumber]”. Then you put the document number question as a field in your report title setup.
