Hi Im evaluating Safety Culture as a data capture tool for inspections in our facilities. Can anyone let me know if there is a way to share a link to inspection template’s without having them as a user in Safety culture?

Ie, We have a Franchisee that needs to complete an Inspection, Can we just send them a link to our standard company inspection form?

Thanks in Advance

Hey there,

It's not possible to share a direct link to an inspection template to an individual who is not a user in SafetyCulture.

All individuals who are completing inspections within SafetyCulture would need to be a SafetyCulture user (different between seat/user types here). This facilitates tracking and visibility, which flows through to Analytics.

Our suggestion would be:
Your franchisee can have their own SafetyCulture account that's independent of yours, and you can share your template externally to them, that way their inspection results can be shared back to you.

Hope this answer was helpful.

My advice would be to build your Org with users who are external but paid users within the system.

You can then ensure that they undertake inspection like a std users but they are named and have access right that you set.

Then you can schedule via them being a user as the franchise name.

The reason for this is because if you go and share external and they create an SC account the you have little control or say in what they are required as part of your franchise contract as they have the ability to change their account through admin rights.

Therefore it would be better to pay for them to be 1* premium user where you set all the rules ref inspection, template etc and can also identify gaps via std actions or autonomous actions via template logic type answer sets and failed items.

Hooe that helps.
