Report and track asset issues

We’ve made it easy for you to report and track issues tied to specific assets across web and mobile, so your team gets clearer fault history and faster resolution.

What's new:

  • Report from asset: Report an issue directly from the issues page, the asset profile, or by scanning a QR code, so you can capture faults where they happen.
  • See issue history: Linked issues appear in the asset profile activity timeline, giving you a single view of open and resolved faults.
  • Filter and report: Filter issues by asset, view asset details in issue reports, and use asset data in issue analytics to spot recurring problems.

We released this now — it’s available to you today in the web and mobile apps.
