    We’ve made it easy for you to bring files into the AI Assistant and get polished, downloadable outputs so audits, reports, and compliance work can start and finish in chat. What's new: File upload: Upload Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CSV, PDF, and image files into the AI Assistant so you can analyze and query your documents directly in chat. File generation: Generate downloadable DOCX, PDF, XLSX, and image files from chat so you can save reports, spreadsheets, and visuals to your device. Web and mobile access: Available on both web and mobile for all plans, so your team can work where they are. You can now complete multi-step workflows without leaving chat. We are rolling this out gradually to ensure the best experience, so keep an eye out for it soon!

    We’ve launched Code Red so you can reach lone workers fast, get clear responses in seconds, and maintain a full audit trail to support quick, informed action. What's new: Code Red tab: create and send manager-initiated emergency broadcasts from the Lone Worker web app. Multi-channel delivery: notify workers instantly via push notification, SMS, and automated call, and target recipients by radius, group, or site. Response tracking: see who is safe, who needs help, and resend to non-responders in real time. We’ve made Code Red available now — you can start using it in the Lone Worker web app today.

    Manage schedules with AI assistant

    We have extended the AI Assistant so you can manage schedules end-to-end from the web app, saving time, clicks, and context switching. What's new: Edit schedule details: Make quick updates to title, duration, and timezone from the Assistant so schedules stay accurate with fewer steps. Manage schedule lifecycle: Pause, resume, end, or delete schedules with confirmation to control activity quickly and safely. Update assignees, sites, and assets: Change who and what is scheduled directly in the Assistant, reducing context switching. We released this update on the web app, so you can use these schedule management features now.

    Dates May 26, 2026- Jun 3, 2026 We are performing scheduled system maintenance on our billing infrastructure. During this window, access to your Billing Settings will be temporarily unavailable. Please read below for more details. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Q: What is happening? A: We are conducting planned system maintenance on our billing infrastructure to improve our billing capability and user experience. Q: When is the maintenance scheduled? A: Billing admins on the account will receive communications outlining the specified maintenance period. The scheduled maintenance will commence on May 31st 2026 from 10am AEST. Billing Setting services will be restored by no later than June 3rd 2026. Q: What features will be affected during the maintenance? A: The following features within your Billing Settings will be unavailable: Viewing invoices and payment history;. Updating or adding new payment methods; Managing or changing your subscription plan (including adding or removing seats or cancelling) Ability to add new users, if you do not have sufficient available seats Q: Will this maintenance affect my service usage? A: No. This maintenance only relates to the Billing Settings section of the platform. Planned maintenance will not impact other product services. Q: Can I still be billed during the maintenance window? A: Yes, if a scheduled payment is due, it will be processed securely as normal. The maintenance only affects the settings where you view or manage your billing information. Q: What should I do if I need urgent assistance with my billing? A: If you have an urgent billing question or need to make a change before or during the maintenance window, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] or your account manager. Q: Will I be notified when the maintenance is complete? A: The in-app notifications will be removed as soon as the maintenance is successfully completed and Billing Settings are back online. We’re aiming to complete this work as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our services.

    We’ve made it faster and simpler for you to keep employee accounts in sync. All 11 supported HR connectors are now self-serve in the Integrations Marketplace, so you can automate user provisioning, reduce manual setup, and keep HR as the source of truth. What's new: All 11 HR connectors available: Install any supported HR connector from the Integrations Marketplace to automate user provisioning without manual enrollments. Automated provisioning and sync: Employee accounts, activations, and deactivations sync daily from your HR system, reducing admin overhead and keeping data consistent. Available to eligible orgs now: Eligible Premium and Enterprise plans with the required seat minimum can install from the web app and start syncing today.

    We added folders in Analytics so you can group and organize dashboards for faster navigation, improved team collaboration, and scalable reporting. What's new: Create and manage folders: Administrators and creators can create, rename, and delete folders to keep dashboards organized and easy to maintain. Move dashboards: Move dashboards into folders individually or in bulk to reorganize quickly and reduce time spent searching. Cross-platform viewing: Manage folders on the web app and view them on mobile so your team can access organized reports anywhere. These updates make Analytics easier to navigate and maintain.     We’ve made it easy for you to report and track issues tied to specific assets across web and mobile, so your team gets clearer fault history and faster resolution. What's new: Report from asset: Report an issue directly from the issues page, the asset profile, or by scanning a QR code, so you can capture faults where they happen. See issue history: Linked issues appear in the asset profile activity timeline, giving you a single view of open and resolved faults. Filter and report: Filter issues by asset, view asset details in issue reports, and use asset data in issue analytics to spot recurring problems. We released this now — it’s available to you today in the web and mobile apps.
