Fine-grained schedule access control
We’re introducing view, edit, and owner access for individual schedules so you can control who sees and manages each schedule, protect sensitive workflows, and simplify schedule administration. What's new: Schedule access levels: Grant view, edit, or owner access on each schedule so you can restrict visibility, avoid over-provisioning, and keep sensitive schedules secure. Manage access: Use the new manage access option on each schedule to add or update users and groups quickly; changes take effect immediately, and users receive email and in-app notifications. Ownership and scoped analytics: Creators are backfilled as owners, access cascades to sub-schedules, and analytics and activity are visible only for schedules you can access, so reporting and control stay accurate. We’ve released this on the web app—you can start using schedule access controls today. 00Manage asset status on mobile
We added asset status to the mobile app so you can see, filter, and update asset operational status from the field, without switching to the web. What's new: Asset status on mobile: See and edit asset operational status directly from the asset list and the asset profile, so you can act faster on site. Filter and customize view: Filter lists by status group and turn on asset status in your view to find the right assets quickly. Consistent data across tools: Status changes on mobile flow through to exports, integrations, and analytics for reliable reporting. This is available now on the mobile app (version 26.26 and up); update your app to get started. 00AI Assistant: instant sensor insights
We’ve integrated sensors into the AI Assistant so you can ask natural language questions to check sensor status, review alerts, retrieve historical readings, and manage sensor details without leaving SafetyCulture. What's new: Sensor queries: Ask which sensors are in alert, filter by location or type, and see alert duration and how far beyond the alert threshold. Historical readings: Retrieve past readings and summaries, so you can spot trends and verify conditions faster. Manage sensors: Provision and update sensor details, and create or adjust alert thresholds directly from the Assistant. We’re releasing this now, and it’s available today in the web and mobile app—try asking the AI Assistant about your sensors to get instant insights. 00Assign sites to companies
We’ve added the ability to assign sites to companies and filter companies by site, so you can organize contractors and quickly find companies associated with specific sites. What's new: Assign sites to companies: In the company profile, add, edit, or remove sites so companies are linked to the associated sites they work with. Filter companies by site: From the dashboard, filter your company list by site to quickly locate companies tied to specific sites. We’ve made this available now on the web app, so you can start assigning sites and filtering companies today. 00See asset status at a glance
We added configurable asset status groups on the web so you can standardize how assets are tracked and instantly see each asset’s state from the list, profile, and maintenance views. What's new: Default status group: All organizations get a ready-to-use group (Active, Pending, Inactive) so your team can start tracking immediately. Custom status groups: Premium and Enterprise admins can create and customize color-coded groups to standardize workflows and reporting. Web visibility: Status appears as colored pills across asset lists, profiles, and maintenance views so you can assess asset condition without opening records. We released this on the web today—go to settings, then status to get started, and admins on Premium or Enterprise can create custom groups now. 00See schedule insights at a glance
We added an insights panel to the schedule details view in the new Schedules experience so you can see missed schedules, late schedules, and inspection counts at a glance, letting you spot issues and act faster. What's new: Insights panel: See missed schedules, late schedules, and inspection counts at a glance in schedule details, so you can quickly assess performance. Details tab summaries: AI-generated summaries for the current repeat highlight assignees, sites, or assets that are consistently falling behind, helping you prioritise follow-up. Insights tab: All-time analysis of misses, delays, and inspection trends, with recent details to guide faster decision making. This feature is available now on the web app and is turned on by default—check any schedule’s details to start using insights. 00Save time with automated document approvals
We’re introducing AI-powered company document approvals so you can set rules per document type and let AI review, approve, or reject uploads automatically, cutting time spent on manual checks. What's new: Rule-based approvals: Company managers can create rules per document type so documents are checked consistently, without extra manual work. Automated decisions: AI can recommend, automatically reject, or automatically approve or reject documents to reduce routine reviews. Activity log: View AI results and rule history so you can audit decisions and step in when needed. We’ve released this now. Enable rule-based approvals in your settings and start saving time today. 00View inspection response locations
We moved the inspection response locations map view from Early Access to General Availability and added an organization-level setting so you can capture and view where each inspection response was logged. What's new: Inspection map view setting: Turn on this setting for your organization to capture and show response locations on a map, so you can verify inspections were completed in the right place. Response locations setting: Template settings now reflect the organization-level setting, so you always know which templates are capturing locations. Mobile capture and web view: Capture response locations from the mobile app during inspections, and view them on the web app for easy review. We released this now; you can turn it on in the Organization settings to start capturing and viewing inspection locations. 00Upload and export files in AI Assistant
We’ve made it easy for you to bring files into the AI Assistant and get polished, downloadable outputs so audits, reports, and compliance work can start and finish in chat. What's new: File upload: Upload Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CSV, PDF, and image files into the AI Assistant so you can analyze and query your documents directly in chat. File generation: Generate downloadable DOCX, PDF, XLSX, and image files from chat so you can save reports, spreadsheets, and visuals to your device. Web and mobile access: Available on both web and mobile for all plans, so your team can work where they are. You can now complete multi-step workflows without leaving chat. We are rolling this out gradually to ensure the best experience, so keep an eye out for it soon! 00Code Red: reach lone workers instantly
We’ve launched Code Red so you can reach lone workers fast, get clear responses in seconds, and maintain a full audit trail to support quick, informed action. What's new: Code Red tab: create and send manager-initiated emergency broadcasts from the Lone Worker web app. Multi-channel delivery: notify workers instantly via push notification, SMS, and automated call, and target recipients by radius, group, or site. Response tracking: see who is safe, who needs help, and resend to non-responders in real time. We’ve made Code Red available now — you can start using it in the Lone Worker web app today. 00
