Hi, I am setting up asset tagging and I know we can generate our own QR codes however I have been given 1000 company QR codes to use. Has anyone found a way to use their own QR code in assets

Remove ability to duplicate inspections for selected usersWork in progress

At the moment there are no permissions to remove duplication of inspections to set users, this includes in premium subscription.A request to add permissions to remove or “grey out” the ability to Duplicate Inspections for assigned users, especially standard users. Duplicating inspections can be a method to cheat the system.I understand that permissions to remove this feature at the moment are “View” and “Conduct” however we want our users to be able to use these features without duplicating completed inspections.Thank you.

How to update the Power BI Template sample report

I have connected my Safety Culture data to the Power BI Sample ReportSafetyCulture-Power-Query-Connector/Power BI Templates/General Report at main · SafetyCulture/SafetyCulture-Power-Query-Connector · GitHubBut I have not been able to figure out how I would update this report once it is published.I have connected via the SafetyCulture Power Query Connector and the SafetyCulture Exporter CSV.Either way I connect I receive an error that the report is using a Dynamic Data Source and it cannot be updated. I would like to use the sample report and not have to start from scratch building the report if possible. Does any one know if it is possible to refresh this report once it is published to the Power BI service? Thank you for any help.

Upload credentials in mobile appWork in progress

Is there a current way to add credentials for premium users whilst using the app? All can click the plus button but this gives you 5 options only. Being able to add and update your profile on the move would be great. Even better would be to update others in your team for admins etc or users with the ability to update training and other info for users within the Organisation from a smart device and tablet. Include Filtering by Action TypesReleased

Hi All, Just an idea or if anyone can share some insight - The new types feature in actions is fantastic, but unfortunetly this feature has not been added to the analytics - so if a team use a specific type, there is currently no way to create a dashboard from the data and filter by type. In doing so i thought a work around would be to filter by the creator of the actions from a specific team (actions created by maintenance manager) to find there is also no ability to do this either. Would love to see this in the product updates soon - peace

Can this be shared with groups in view only mode from the top tab in SC training in order that this can be use at appraisals and training / planning meetings.This is a vital part of planning going forward and being able to share with view access would be very beneficial. Same query with dashboards for training.As this is a KPI for many companies and cannot seem to get this set up currently. Also still having issues with view only access for Custom Dashboards as the Site Dashboard are too restrictive for everyone.IMO the filter that are available in view only access to analytics and shared dashboards would be better where there is an option to lock out as required. This then promotes top tier KPIs and Dashboards as required.

Bulk Schedule Assets for Inspection

Hi - Does anyone know if there is any way to schedule multiple assets for the same inspection but individually? So eg 20 different assets all need to go through an individual inspection, but using the same inspection template. Using assets is very helpful but scheduling them one by one is a pain.

Expand use of labels across the platform

Just a thought and a little about doing things in reverse and across the platform. If the labels that are available in Issues and Actions - also dashboards then… If we are building SC Training as a learning course or a survey then imo Labels should be a feature that links to what the course contains.Similar to Surveys with what the survey covers.When we get feedback about a survey we can then link it to labels where we can inject improvements or close gaps in a forward thinking way. I would even go as far as having them in Templates so they start to define contents, replies, leading and lagging indicators and also a way of data crunching. Just a thought…Would love some feedback… Johnny

Duplicating Inspections

Hi Is there any particular reason why when using the “duplicate inspection” function a new report number cannot be automatically generated? You can change the report number manually, but this introduces risk of human error which is counterintuitive to the purpose of the platform. Thank you

Hi all,Has anyone had any experience of generating a high standard pdf report outside of iAuditor, using some form of integration? I find the report generation within iAuditor to be very poor and the ability to create a bespoke experience is very limited. I’d like to connect to the data via webhook and generate my own, much more professional and personalised looking reports. Can anyone recommend something that plays well?Thanks in advance!
