We have extended the AI Assistant so you can manage schedules end-to-end from the web app, saving time, clicks, and context switching.
What's new:
- Edit schedule details: Make quick updates to title, duration, and timezone from the Assistant so schedules stay accurate with fewer steps.
- Manage schedule lifecycle: Pause, resume, end, or delete schedules with confirmation to control activity quickly and safely.
- Update assignees, sites, and assets: Change who and what is scheduled directly in the Assistant, reducing context switching.
We released this update on the web app, so you can use these schedule management features now.
