Manage organization notification settings
We are introducing organization-level notification settings so admins can set defaults, bulk apply preferences, and control channels, helping you reduce noise and ensure important alerts reach the right people.
What's new:
- Organization defaults: Set organization-wide defaults that apply to new and existing users, so you save time and ensure consistent notification behavior.
- Enforced settings (Enterprise Plan only) : Lock critical notifications so your team can't turn them off, guaranteeing business-critical alerts are always delivered.
- Channel controls & refreshed UI: Turn email, SMS, and push on or off across the org, and enjoy a clearer, easier-to-use settings experience on web and mobile.
This feature is available to paid organizations (Premium and Enterprise) on the web, with enforcement available on Enterprise. We are rolling this out gradually to ensure the best experience, so keep an eye out for it soon!
