Q: What is happening?
A: We are conducting planned system maintenance on our billing infrastructure to improve our billing capability and user experience.
Q: When is the maintenance scheduled?
A: Billing admins on the account will receive communications outlining the specified maintenance period. The scheduled maintenance will commence on May 31st 2026 from 10am AEST. Billing Setting services will be restored by no later than June 3rd 2026.
Q: What features will be affected during the maintenance?
A: The following features within your Billing Settings will be unavailable:
Viewing invoices and payment history;.
Updating or adding new payment methods;
Managing or changing your subscription plan (including adding or removing seats or cancelling)
Ability to add new users, if you do not have sufficient available seats
Q: Will this maintenance affect my service usage?
A: No. This maintenance only relates to the Billing Settings section of the platform. Planned maintenance will not impact other product services.
Q: Can I still be billed during the maintenance window?
A: Yes, if a scheduled payment is due, it will be processed securely as normal. The maintenance only affects the settings where you view or manage your billing information.
Q: What should I do if I need urgent assistance with my billing?
A: If you have an urgent billing question or need to make a change before or during the maintenance window, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] or your account manager.
Q: Will I be notified when the maintenance is complete?
A: The in-app notifications will be removed as soon as the maintenance is successfully completed and Billing Settings are back online. We’re aiming to complete this work as quickly as possible.
