We’re introducing view, edit, and owner access for individual schedules so you can control who sees and manages each schedule, protect sensitive workflows, and simplify schedule administration.
What's new:
- Schedule access levels: Grant view, edit, or owner access on each schedule so you can restrict visibility, avoid over-provisioning, and keep sensitive schedules secure.
- Manage access: Use the new manage access option on each schedule to add or update users and groups quickly; changes take effect immediately, and users receive email and in-app notifications.
- Ownership and scoped analytics: Creators are backfilled as owners, access cascades to sub-schedules, and analytics and activity are visible only for schedules you can access, so reporting and control stay accurate.
