We've added an organization-level PIN requirement so admins can centrally enforce mobile app PINs, configure PIN complexity, and set automatic lock timers to help you meet security and compliance needs and reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
What's new:
- Central PIN enforcement: Admins can require PIN authentication for all users from Organization settings, giving you consistent security without manual user-by-user communication.
- PIN complexity: Choose 4-digit or 6-digit PINs to match your compliance requirements.
- Automatic lock timer: Set how long before the app locks to reduce exposure if a device is left unattended.
This feature is available now to organizations on the Premium Plan and Enterprise Plan — go to Organization settings > Security > Mobile app security to enable and configure it for your organization. We're rolling this out immediately so you can strengthen mobile security today.
