We’ve moved organization-managed media settings to general availability so admins can enforce timestamps, location, and upload rules—helping you capture accurate, verifiable photos for inspections, actions, issues, and assets.
What's new:
- Organization-managed media settings: Admins can enable timestamps and location on photos so you can verify when and where images were taken.
- Upload controls: Require users to take new photos in-app or allow uploads from the device library to ensure current, trustworthy evidence.
- Mobile visibility: Users can see which settings are mandated by their admins in the mobile app, giving clarity without allowing changes.
These controls are available to organizations on Premium and Enterprise plans and take effect when users next sign in. We are rolling this out gradually to ensure the best experience, so keep an eye out for it soon!
