What you’ll love about this new functionality
We recently released custom action types and multiple labels to help you customize actions in a way that makes sense to your team. With this update, you can now see how custom action types and labels are being used across your business in Analytics. With this functionality, you can:
- Filter and group by action type: Create new charts to observe action types or use them as filters on existing charts. For example, you can view the number of work orders, repairs and mechanical actions across your team and the status of each.
- Filter and group by action label: You can also filter actions by label and create new label charts, giving you detailed insights into actions and their urgency, priority, project, area and more.
How to get started with the new release
To access Analytics, you need a Premium or Enterprise plan. Learn how to create custom action types and multiple labels today so you can visualize how actions are being used across your team.
