I was really surprised to learn that we needed an Integration to receive notifications of completed inspections. Suggesting that there be an option to select recipients to receive an automatic email notification upon completion of a inspection.

Support triggering logic fields from previous questions in inspectionsNew

We are frequently having template situations leading us to desire that logic be able to refer to the answers from previous questions, not just the question we are adding it to.Currently, we are having to put questions in an illogical order, grouped together where questions are out of context just so we can make specific questions appear based on that answer. Or we end up asking that same question again so the template can flow better. Many times, these questions we find the need for this are better suited for the title page, but the follow up questions don’t belong there.

QR Code To Report Issue WIth Asset

Hello all! I have found that I can use a QR code or NFC tag to quickly access an assets page on the app, and from there I can start an inspection or create an action. What I would like is to have a QR code on each asset that anyone can scan and report an issue on. I know from the Issues page I can generate a QR code to report general issues. But is there a way to make it possible to report that issue immediately linked to an asset?

I'm using the desktop app to edit my templates but it is extremely slow. I've checked memory and disk space, closed all other programs and tabs but it is painful. Anyone else had this same issue?

How do i give an option for an auditor to just select questions in a section rather than opening the whole template

im looking for a way that an auditor can select a specific section rather than opening all sections - is there a way i can ask “choose option A”, Choose option B” etc. so far all i know how to do is put questions related to a topic in a new page and then a written statement telling the auditor to go to page “XYZ” manually but i want to automate this

Limit users who can DELETE an Action

I need to know how to access permission levels of users that can DELETE an Action.When an Action is OPEN and a user clicks on “...” they can Share or DELETE an Action. There’s no obvious way to do this. Also is there a log of who accessed an Action, if someone DELETES an Action who should not have done so, is there anyway to retrieve said action?

Hi, I wonder how the rest of the community is managing internal audit non conformities when there is only the possibility to start an Action, There is no room for Root cause analysis. I have created a template for this but it is difficult to link it to a non complaint question in an inspection

Id like to start this out by apologizing for my Grammar punctuation and spelling. Just an Old Roughneck As I have been with I auditor / SC for years now I believe that SC made its bones by providing a user simple user-friendly way for companies to collect and share data. I have been a little disappointed that SC moved away from that model for the marketplace. I would have preferred to have seen something along the lines of the rest of the app.Instead of SC selling me safety glasses.I could place my branded products for my employees to purchase let’s say for this topic of discission Safety Glasses.Upon enrollment into a full seat employees would be issued 250 safety points a month automatically.I could upload the 3 styles of glasses I kept in my storage Pair one at 35 points pair two 100 points and so on.Employees could buy 2 pair the app give them a receipt and they pick up their Safety Supplies from the safety supply room.The app would deduct 75 points and leave the balance for futur

Logic in different pages

Hi, is it possible to have a logic field that is implemented in all the pages of the inspection?. We use inspections to conduct the quality check of flight simulator equipment. I want to avoid having to select what simulator type I have at the start of every page in an inspection, and would rather only have to select it one, as having to input several times the same logic for different pages is not efficient. Thank you

Ability to edit Status item names

I am not sure whether anyone else is working on an integration between Monday.com and safety Culture. We are in the process of doing this and have reached a roadblock in that Status names in Safety Culture are not able to be changed. Even though labels are, Monday.com will only be able to pull through from the Status items. I have logged a ‘feature request’ with Safety Culture but hope it is something we are able to achieve for a client who runs the bulk of their operation & business in Safety Culture and are now wanting to move all of their processes, including an integration between Safety Culture and Monday.com, to Monday.
