Safety Culture Expert?

Our company has recently aquired another business and we would like to use safety culture to fulfill the processes of the services we provide. As we are currently very time poor I was wondering if anyone offered their expertise in Safety Culture to set up the program for us? Thanks in advance👌

Hi, I am setting up asset tagging and I know we can generate our own QR codes however I have been given 1000 company QR codes to use. Has anyone found a way to use their own QR code in assets

Check box in Inspections

Can we add the ability to change the scoring options for Check Box’s.We use these for frequently checked items, yet if one is not checked we get a lower score. I’d like to remove the scoring option on checkbox’s but only for particular questions or inspection templates.

How to update the Power BI Template sample report

I have connected my Safety Culture data to the Power BI Sample ReportSafetyCulture-Power-Query-Connector/Power BI Templates/General Report at main · SafetyCulture/SafetyCulture-Power-Query-Connector · GitHubBut I have not been able to figure out how I would update this report once it is published.I have connected via the SafetyCulture Power Query Connector and the SafetyCulture Exporter CSV.Either way I connect I receive an error that the report is using a Dynamic Data Source and it cannot be updated. I would like to use the sample report and not have to start from scratch building the report if possible. Does any one know if it is possible to refresh this report once it is published to the Power BI service? Thank you for any help.

data from inspections

Hi Everyone,my first post here in the community forum but we use the Safetyculture App (ex IAuditor) for about 5 years. What i´m looking for is a possibility to grab all the data out of specific templates to build statistics on it via PowerBI or similar tools. I have no solution so far.All i can do is to connect PowerBI or use the Safetyculture Extractor Tool and get only basic informiton about the templates and Issues, Actions etc. But what about the data from the Inspections?any ideas?

Training Updates

I have been looking at the SC training as I also run Edapps. The following are gaps that interlinked with the full scope of the SC family.The addition of the training matrix (Beta) is welcome however it is very basic and IMO needs some heavy work doing to make it worthwhile and intuitive? The main reason for this is the following.What do we need a training matrix for?Well there are leading indicators that should be what training do we need?Also what training do personnel have and then need based upon the business and its activities. Then there is records of this and the need to demonstrate that we have competent staff and a structure within the company or org that has continual improvement and progression. So we have internal micro elearning courses. Let us assume that these do what they say on the tin,with regards to the learning objective and giving the right information that assist a learner as required.Let us then assume that they system is working and we can plan and schedule what

Hello - New User - Help on QR Code Generation for Printing

Hello to the community!I am still getting to grips with the system and what it can do… and now looking into listing our assets for our centres.I have yet to buy a printer with poly labels (robust enough they will not come off and last a fair time) to enable me to print out the labels to affix to each of our assets.I have begun listing and as such will require QR Codes printed for each individual asset going forward. So my question is (sorry if there is already an answer to this and i have yet to find it) is:Can you print out all assets listed from a particular site those assets are linked to in one printout or do you have to print out each one individually?If there is a way to do this - how is it done?Kind regards…Dave

Hi. I did this course and passed when it first came out but cannot find certification. This was prior to training being a tab and embedded in SC system? Can someone advise where these are retained within my account given it was before the course was in training?

Can it be possible to add NFC (Near-Field Communication) tags as an option to inspections just like QR codes. We use QR codes to check equipment, assets and as part of our patrols. These areas can sometimes be poorly lit and required at night. Lighting, weather and device camera quality can also affected the time taken to scan a QR code causing delay. NFC tags will work in low light, will be quicker to read, can be rewritten if things change reducing waste and time and our not effected by the weather. I hope this is something that can be added.

Removal of Current CSV File & current data format?

We currently use the CSV file for data exportation into our own customer built reporting system.Our reporting is designed on the data being outputted in the current format of on audit per row and all the columns being there so the data set does not move where question are unanswered.However now Iauditor are removing this CSV file for a new version which will not provide columns for sub questions where the questions lie unanswered there for the data range will change on a daily basis based on response.I need the data columns to remain the same daily ?Will this affect anyone else? Does anyone know a way around my problem? Or can someone recommend another piece of software that i will not have this problem with?

Help with Power Automate: Flow is exporting every inspection to a spreadsheet instead of newly conducted ones.

I have set up a power automate flow exporting my inspection results into an excel spreadsheet using the Safety Culture guide (Power Automate: Export inspection data to Excel Online spreadsheets... (safetyculture.com). However, the flow is exporting every single inspection ever undertaken on the template. What I would like it to do is only upload the newly conducted inspections. Can anyone help?

Metric and Imperial systems in templates

New here but have been using Safety Culture for some time now.Had a question from one of our distributors that uses the metric system instead of standard.Some of my logic is based on the length that is entered (in inches).I know that you can change your settings between Standard and Metric but have no idea how that works in the template and how that converts.

Stuck creating Power BI matrix visual from different inspection_items labels

Hi everyone!Anyone knows how to extract data from a database that looks like this?When I use Inspections, since everything has a one-to-one relationship with an audit_id number, I can easily create visuals from the different columns.But when I try to use inspection_items, since there is a one-to-many relationship to the different “labels” and their corresponding “responses”, I am stuck and don’t know how to proceed. On the first image below, I put the data in Excel as it helps me visualize it better. The left side shows how the data is downloaded from a website.On the right is how I visualize it in my head so I can then create a visual in Power BI. At this moment, I only know how to extract one single response per audit_id.See second image showing what I have in Power BI.The way I do it is that I choose the label field as part of the visualization, and then I add a filter that chooses only one label and display its corresponding response.But if I do not know how to add additional label

Training Schedule

all of our training is currently in templates so we can schedule it once (or twice) a year we’d love to separate training templates and inspection templates by moving the training templates to the training module, but we need to be able to delay the assignment i.e. you have to take this course in 3 months and automatically repeat the assignment i.e. you have to re-certify once per year. it would also be great to group course into a certificate so we can assign 10 course all at once

Practical Lesson on SC Training

HiI’m developing a training course where I want to add a practical element to determine the delegates competency.I’ve tried to find a help article SafetyCulture Help Center but the training elements are very basic. I can’t figure out what the bits on the left do and how best to use them.Has anyone else used this feature in Training yet?

External Training Content

Has anyone identified a way to pull in external content into SC Training? I’m not referring to PowerPoints, PDFs, etc. but rather other systems. For example, if you subscribe to systems like KnowBe4, LinkedIn Learning, Open Sesame, etc., it would be great if that content could be added as a course in SC Training natively, so it’s delivered and tracked in one place. I know that some content providers have SCORM exports, so you could use a SCORM slide type and upload it that way. If they don’t, do you just make a “dummy” course with a link to the external content?

Data Within Inspections

Good Afternoon,I was looking at Analytics and the different ways to get data from our inspections in our Facility. Looking through the site, I see that we can get # of inspections conducted, # of flags in inspection, etc. What I am looking for is to extract the data (weights inputted, pure number, etc.) within the actual inspections. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

Displaying my Analytics report on SharePoint

I’d like to share my Analytics dashboard on a Sharepoint page instead of importing my data into PowerBi and displaying it that way.Has anyone got any pointers? Is there a special intergration I need to use?Thanks
