Icons and pictograms

Hi. Query. Would love feedback. Looking at questions and checkboxes etc with a pictogram or similar without text. This is for use with regards to any PPE, HAZARD TYPE, PROHIBITION SIGNS, EMERGENCY, FIRST AID YET. Not seen a way of doing this yet but if the option was a check box with an icon of a label question with an icon then this would help not only for visual understanding but also for any reports or assessments that need to be accepted / reviewed by the target audience. If anyone has any solutions to this or ideas then it would be welcome in sharing. Regards Jonny

Suggestions to speed up asset management for high-volume items

Im looking at ways of making Assets work quicker, instead of amending per item. We have 2100 items which can go out to site. Wouldn’t it be easier to type or NFC each item, then add to a shopping basket and assign them to a site? Each time theres a call off for 5-10 items, But i can have a return from site of 30 items in any given day. So clocking them in/out quicker needs to be addressed. Or is there already a way around this?

Ability to draw logic through to flagged items

Asking the community if anyone has found that the ability to draw logic questions through to the flagged items section an issue.I manage many many reports and would be great to see this feature.an example would beHardware (fail)Confirm room numberConfirm serial numberConfirm model number I have a template set up where if an task fails questions are then asked.This is also a arduous task to have to scan through the whole reports that include many spaces/rooms.The current process of releying on notes in the flagged items is not working

How to import individual inspection scores from questions to power bi?

Hi all, I hope you are well, Does anyone know if you can import individual inspection scores from questions to power bi? I cant seem to find the option. i.e I have a inspection with 10 questions that are all scored I want to be able to important the score from each question to power bi. Hope makes sense!

Intergraton with Salesforce

I’d like to ask the community if they’ve had any success integrating SafetyCulture with Salesforce?Have they had any success?I’d like to send inspections from SafetyCulture into a person’s profile on Salesforce. Also raise a task to complete an inspection from Salesforce back into SafetyCulture (not sure which feature - Action/ Issue/ one off Schedule?) and the results go back into Salesforce. Daily JSA Improvements - Construction

Hey all! I’m looking to make our daily job safety analysis (JSA, JHA, AHA, PTP, etc, etc) and I want to see if anyone out there has a template they feel works well. We are a commercial roofing company, so we will have our unique tasks and hazards, but if you have a format or way of doing it that is great, I’d love to connect and see what you’re using/doing. Check box in Inspections

Can we add the ability to change the scoring options for Check Box’s.We use these for frequently checked items, yet if one is not checked we get a lower score. I’d like to remove the scoring option on checkbox’s but only for particular questions or inspection templates.

In Progress and completed

I do not want a particular group of users to see all in progress and completed audit section on their phone. Currently everyone can see all the in progress audits and completed audits section with an option to delete as well. How to deactivate this

How to update the Power BI Template sample report

I have connected my Safety Culture data to the Power BI Sample ReportSafetyCulture-Power-Query-Connector/Power BI Templates/General Report at main · SafetyCulture/SafetyCulture-Power-Query-Connector · GitHubBut I have not been able to figure out how I would update this report once it is published.I have connected via the SafetyCulture Power Query Connector and the SafetyCulture Exporter CSV.Either way I connect I receive an error that the report is using a Dynamic Data Source and it cannot be updated. I would like to use the sample report and not have to start from scratch building the report if possible. Does any one know if it is possible to refresh this report once it is published to the Power BI service? Thank you for any help.

Training Matrix

Can this be shared with groups in view only mode from the top tab in SC training in order that this can be use at appraisals and training / planning meetings.This is a vital part of planning going forward and being able to share with view access would be very beneficial. Same query with dashboards for training.As this is a KPI for many companies and cannot seem to get this set up currently. Also still having issues with view only access for Custom Dashboards as the Site Dashboard are too restrictive for everyone.IMO the filter that are available in view only access to analytics and shared dashboards would be better where there is an option to lock out as required. This then promotes top tier KPIs and Dashboards as required.

Bulk Schedule Assets for Inspection

Hi - Does anyone know if there is any way to schedule multiple assets for the same inspection but individually? So eg 20 different assets all need to go through an individual inspection, but using the same inspection template. Using assets is very helpful but scheduling them one by one is a pain.

Duplicating Inspections

Hi Is there any particular reason why when using the “duplicate inspection” function a new report number cannot be automatically generated? You can change the report number manually, but this introduces risk of human error which is counterintuitive to the purpose of the platform. Thank you

Data integration and exportingHow can you export all data into one CSV file? You can export individual chart data to CSV one at a time in SC Analytics. If you need all data exported, the SC Exporter tool allows you to export data in multiple CSVs per table (inspections, actions, users, etc.). Report generation

Hi all,Has anyone had any experience of generating a high standard pdf report outside of iAuditor, using some form of integration? I find the report generation within iAuditor to be very poor and the ability to create a bespoke experience is very limited. I’d like to connect to the data via webhook and generate my own, much more professional and personalised looking reports. Can anyone recommend something that plays well?Thanks in advance!

Dashboard locking for view only

Dashboards.When giving view only access to dash boards and then sharing a dashboard.Persons still have the ability to change certain aspects of the custom dashboard. We are looking / wanting to share so they can only view and cannot change the filters.This is a problem because when we tested this the personnel x3 that could access to view started to change the filters etc and this rendered the dashboard insufficient from what we were looking for as view only info. Any advice on how we can amend this to lock off the view would be appreciated?
