In this release, you can now:
Enable selected users to create, edit and delete their own Heads Up messages without providing ‘full manage’ access with more granular permissions options.
What you’ll love about this new functionality
You can now give local managers and teams the ability to share critical updates and celebrate wins while keeping organisation-wide messages secure. Assigning this new permission allows local teams to create and manage their own messages without full editing access, reducing the risk of misuse while ensuring clear and controlled communication.
Key Benefits:
- Stronger local autonomy. Teams can share targeted updates relevant to their site or department without unnecessary oversight.
- Enhanced security and control. Users can manage only their own messages, ensuring organisation-wide communications remain protected and accurate.
- Smoother communication process. Team leaders can send updates directly, reducing reliance on Admin users and streamlining communication
How to get started with the new release
