Training matrix with customizable criteria fields. Ideally this matrix would allow our site management to gain quick insight regarding the current development of specific users against a set of predetermined skills or criteria.
This matrix should allow admins to segment their users according to the groups they belong to. For example, if I have 30 users in the distribution group and each of those users have an individual development rating, this matrix should be able to average out the development ratings of all those users and provide a total rating for the group as a whole.
