Hi all.

Would it be possible to create a logic, similar to Notify but it will export the inspection as csv, Json, etc…

In practice it would look like this : 

A 5th option would be Export and if i click the Export button it would export the current document as csv.

Our suppliers have given access to IAuditor and do the inspections we created for them. At the end of the template they notify us about the completion. When we receive the item they did, we open up the inspection sheet and finish it in our section. And when we complete the inspection would be nice if we could export the data with a button at the end of the template.

After clicking export data, what are you looking for: an email with the data to send to the supplier? data exported into a spreadsheet?

Have you tried converting the inspection to CSV? What is your currently process?

Interesting idea! I would love to understand more about what you’re hoping to achieve here. Are you wanting to automatically export inspection reports in CSV/Excel once inspection gets completed, instead of manually clicking CSV export from the inspection list? 

@Annagiusti8 utilizes integrations to automate some of these manual processes. For this specific scenario, we could look into exporting inspection data to Excel online, exporting inspection data to SharePoint lists, and potentially even more by using our Public API.

The only way i can see you achieving your intended result is to use an automation tool such as zapier. To set up an integration to export data based on completed inspections. May i ask what your supplier is supplying? There may be a better way based on supplied quantality. such as the use of assets or actions.
