Not sure if this is possible or any workarounds -

Is there anyway that a user filling an inspection can add a PDF from Documents to answer a question? E.g if i add PDF files to Documents, is there a way that the user can attach that PDF to a question in the inspection? Selecting it from a dropdown list would be handy.

I would love to have the possibility to have “Documents” as a response.

In some of my templates the users need to add a specification sheet, that is a reference to the actual findings, currently they have to download it from our SharePoint in their phone “files” folder and then add it.

If we can load the spec sheets in a folder in Documents and have a response that can look in this folder and attached it then they save a lot of time and I have control over the document they add.

I agree, i am in a similair situation and think this feature would be very handy

Just a quick reply that may need to be on another thread.

There is a documents section in companies.

However one thing that I think is really required is as you have mentioned, a form type of document

Even better would be linking in with this the companies tab.

This is in bets but should be an option or similar in Asset.

If an external company uses our assets then it should be signed out to the company.

Also heads up should have an option again to link with companies.

This completes the cycle in supply chains, especially if companies is an option in actions, labels and templates as then observations can link to the supply chain.

Just an observation.

Stay safe Jonny.

PS.

This would also start the journey for internal and external doc control.

Documents are currently in the org profile and also in companies info that can be assigned to a delegated manager for that company.
