Hello SC team,
I assume in the past you had the option for visibility of the device names for each account, as i still can see some of the names but not the new devices.
Since every account can support 3 devices, and our company have 40+ accounts it’s really important the names of the devices to be visible so we know which device is using exactly which account (because sometimes even after logging out from the account it still stays there and keeping the seat, and when trying to log in again it says “the account reach the device limit”)
I reached out in the past through the customer support chat and ask the same question, they said that because of confidentiality this has been removed. I don’t understand which part is confidential so the name of the device is hidden.
Whit this info i will know if i need more account’s or no.
According to the photo, how would i know which device is mine one so i can remove it and try again to log in. I don’t want to remove some random device and interrupting the person in the middle of inspection.
