We have alerts set for our AQM sensors to cover Temperature, humidity, PM2.5, CO2 and formaldehyde.

With the recent excessive heat, we have found the alarms are triggering after hours when the premises are empty and the cooling systems are turned off.

If would be great if we could schedule hours for when we want to sensors to monitor the air.

Hi, @Andrew Gabb

Hope you’re well and thanks for taking the time to deliver feedback.

I totally agree and we’ve heard this feedback from customers who utilise other types of sensors, too. We’ve mainly heard the request for sensor alerts to align with shift patterns, that sounds like it might be similar to your request above.

For transparency, the team that works on Sensors related features is currently focused on a number of other projects until the end of the year. I’ll make sure your feedback is logged on our side so when we’re ready to take a look at alerting improvements we’ll be sure to reach out.

Take care and speak soon!

Thanks @Shaunwc

Good to hear. They are hopefully sorting out an issue where the alert tell us the temp is in the 70’s when the alert actually trigger at 23.1 degrees. And an issue with the temperature graph

No worries.

Yep, we’ll certainly look into what’s going on there for you, too!

Thanks again,

Shaun.

thanks @Shaunwc

They are already onto it. So hopefully a fix will be implemented soon.
