I'm wondering if there is a though for admins to be able to access and work on users training accounts.
Currently I am integrating Safety culture across our sites. Where it's great for new starters who haven’t completed any training on site, I am finding it hard to transfer existing personal to the training profiles.
For example, if an engineer has been on site for a number of years and is competent to work on specific machinery with existing training records. when creating a new training record for him on safety culture I as admin can't transfer his certification. In this instance I would scan it and upload it to his training record and the system would recognise that lesson as complete. There doesn't seem to be this function.
Also, if there was an instance where an engineer was deemed not competent in an area the admin could then go into the training profile and revoke the approvals to complete tasks, and this be reflected on the analytics.
