Hi hive mind

we use the inspection templates and some responses trigger an email notification.  However the notification is very vague.  “Fuhua Shao responded Yes (是的) to an item in an inspection using the QC Garment Inspection template.”

How can we make these more helpful to the recipient?

Hi @CATSBW - this is a good question and suggestion. What would your ideal notification look like?

The inspection title would be very helpful, so instead of  “Fuhua Shao responded Yes (是的) to an item in an inspection using the QC Garment Inspection template.”, we would receive this “Fuhua Shao responded Yes (是的) to an item in inspection 000123 / Hunting & Fishing / 1364 / huaxuan / 10 Sep 2024 / 35110 using the QC Garment Inspection template.” The text in bold is the title of the inspection.
