We have completed some training modules but we cannot see any information on the training matrix. There are no users or courses appearing. I have administrator permission.

There are a couple of reasons as to why you are unable to view information in the training matrix -
- The training matrix contains mandatory courses only and only 100 courses can be shown in the report at this time.
- Data delays in analytics - training course data can take up to 160 minutes to sync and show in training analytics. You can find more information about this, here.
