Would like feedback about having a training plan register etc in SC.
This is not a matrix but a plan for other training that is outside SC - such a national training courses / licenses.
These would be excellent linked or part of the Credentials Family that also links into Sc training etc.
We are looking at reviewing our core personnel now and developing them from within the Sc system in order that we use 1 system.
This would link to Skills and be an attribute for experience and behaviours.
We are on a drive to show and be accountable for Competency Registers not only for core personnel but also contractors so this would help.
