I have a query that someone can surely answer.
For either of these there are 2 different things for refresher is type training.
I have just naturally assumed that a course is built and with for example Brain Boost we can nominate information that is sent out periodically to personnel who have passed the original course.
This is in the form of a question that was in the original course.
- They answer questions from the questions sets of the original course.
- This is set by us (Admin) etc.
- This will be as per the setting of the course and Brain Boost.
- std planned routine (example if we plan to send the boost etc. related to the course every 3 months) and the person gets most or all of some random questions correct then, happy days.
- They then get some more questions in 3 months
- This is then saved in SC training (in course related and user related info)
- Should however the person not do well and scores poorly etc then
- We automatically send the course related question via Brain Boost to the recipient in shorter periods until they score to an required level.
- We can then follow the data to see gaps and possible how we improve not only the course layout but for failed answers a follow up where they receive more questions before the std (lets make this up - 3 month refresher of questions for the course) duration for refreshers is complete, i will say instead of 3 months later we send it out a month later.
The above is what should happen now or should happen in the new SC training
This process is repeated and the hope is the trainee will take in what we are trying to apply in the sense of the awareness from the course.
Wow- come up for some air…

So…
We are looking for continual improvement and the courses built and systems linked such as Brain Boost or similar creates the automated refresher for the course.
We want this to link into the AI side which via automated refresher's should identify what we are not doing well ref retention and a way to resolve or a mini lesson / course that assist in this gap identified.
SO hopefully someone can inform me this is on the roadmap with some more meat on the bones as we try to really transition from CHECKING to ACTING in the form of embedding good training that people not only understand but can relate to within the role that they undertake and activities that they are involved in.
I understand the Rapid refresh area but i want to be course explicit as it is the learning path related info and questions that to us is more important.
