Hello,

We've been experiencing ongoing performance issues with SafetyCulture for some time now. The platform frequently buffers, takes a long time to save team member responses, and occasionally fails to save them at all.

Our team members are trained to use SafetyCulture via Google Chrome on Microsoft Surface Pro tablets, accessing the platform through the web.

While clearing cookies and cache offers a temporary fix, the issue keeps recurring. Is there a more permanent solution available?

Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.

Might need a better answer from a Safety Culture member, but I could still suggest some things.

 

Have you tried using another browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge?

 

If that still gives you problems, maybe also test by having the Surface Pros using someones phone as a hot spot, as maybe your companies WiFi/internet is causing the issue.

For this type of thing, please reach out to the support team via the app. They are available 24/7 around the world and they have the tools to troubleshoot on the spot. And if they can’t solve it straight away, they know what information to collect from you like (device models, app versions, browser details etc.) to pass onto the engineering teams to help you resolve things.

Hi have had buffering issues for along period of time now.

Data disappears and then reappears, when online and offline.

Haven’t had any fixes yet, Im constantly, syncing, opening and closing and logging in to the app when I’m out and about.

Safety Culture have said I’m the only one who has this problen.

Anyone out there having probelms, especially when off line

We have been having buffering issues for a long time too. Answers are not saving or syncing. 

 

This specifically happens when we use google chrome to complete audits. I wish I had a solution to share but so far deleting cache and cookies is the only temporary fix we are aware of.

It is not just you. I raised it three months ago. Someone reached out to me and asked me to follow some steps. A couple of day later they asked if it had improved as they had found an issue and dealt with it.

All was fine until a month ago when the buffering  started again.

If is so frustrating. 


Yes slight improvment, but still having problems,

I-Auditor used to work so well.
