We use Safety Culture at our site to conduct audits and inspections.

We also have a power apps based reporting tool we call ‘Yellow Form’ - it replaced a paper version which was … Yellow.

The app allows us to raise safety concerns - Unsafe Conditions, Unsafe acts, Near Misses etc …

I am looking to replace this with the Issues facility on Safety Culture … 

When we have raised a yellow form at our site our H&S manager gets a notification, they review the issue raised and give it a priority score. YFs are delt with by priority if need be and high level ones obviously will require direct action. The YFs also have a variety of available status, Open, WIP, Capex and Closed. 

We use the priority score of open items to give areas ‘risk ratings’ and track these as a KPI target we also have an instant view on YFs which breach a high level thresh hold and track this as a metric.

hello, 

 

issues would definetly give a similar functionality, but certain things can not be captured currently. But there is a new feature called investigations coming soon, that may answer some of your above questions.
