Just reaching out to see if anyone else finds themselves in the same boat as us.

Is anyone else finding that since the changes to the free plan that they find themselves stuck in this awkward limbo of which plans/ seats will work for their company as they move forward with the new pricing model? 

 

As an SME we are yet to find a subscription model that works for us as a company.  The Premium seats are overkill for most of our employees who mainly use SC purely for inspections.  Therefore the cost is excessive for their needs/ usage. 

The Lite seats however are too restrictive and don’t give us the functionality these employees need.

 

We’ve tried to navigate it the best we can, but finding that it’s not really working out.  We really like the platform and really don’t want to move away from it, but as a small business we just aren’t able to justify the costs of full Premium seats when the team won’t use even half of the functionality.

 

Is this affecting anyone else?  In our opinion there needs to be some changes to Lite seats (1 inspection a month is simply not enough) OR, an additional pricing tier brought in between Premium and Lite.  Would welcome any thoughts on this as would love to find a solution that works.
