I have recently seen the responses on the Live Chat being very slow unless you choose training is anyone one else seeing this issue over the past 3 months or so?

I did want to mention that while we always strive to respond as quickly as possible, there are occasional factors beyond our control that can impact response times. Of course, we're constantly working to improve our response times, so appreciate you flagging.
