Just been looking at this and very good integration of the Library in SC family.

Looked at one randomly and the Construction RA seems in a different format to what we normally expect in that it should be a risk assessment and not a checklist of what is or is not safe.

I would class it as a Safety Check.

For a valid Risk Assessment there should be an evaluation of the specified risk.
This is normally quantified (Matrix - traffic light or similar) without controls and then apply the controls to get the residual scores.

This format would then assist the assessor / auditor to see what the gaps were against the accepted Risk Assessment.
