Do you remember the original yellow Wiggle, Greg Page?

Well, we do and we were lucky enough to have Greg pop in for a visit at our SafetyCulture office in Sydney, Australia as he is now the Founder and CEO of Heart of the Nation.

One minute, Greg was performing on stage; the next, he was fighting for his life. During a bushfire relief concert in 2020, he collapsed without warning – affected by a sudden cardiac arrest. In those crucial seconds, his survival depended on immediate action.

Our company has multiple AEDs in each of its workrooms. Safety department inspects them on a monthly basis to make sure it works when turned on, as well as to make sure nothing has expired.

 

Thankfully we have not had to use it.

​@Jacob We do not use the asset feature with these items. Though we make use of asset feature for just about every machine in the facility.
